Greta Smith

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, an not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Jeremiah 29:11
Gretchen R. Smith is a single mother who knows firsthand about overcoming adversity and struggles. Her inspiration towards writing was when two of her sons went through the process of being incarcerated. She felt as though her situation will benefit others. Becoming a life coach is her passion. Importantly, reaching out to single parents is her main focus.
In April 2013, Gretchen started writing her own book, “It’s Not Really Me but it’s you’’. Currently her book is in the process of being published. On January 13, 2014, she created a group page on Facebook called “Can We Talk”. She currently has 1,177 members. The group page is an open discussion forum where people discuss their opinions on certain topics, ask questions, and receive advice without being judged.
She resides in Albany, Georgia where she is working with children from all walks of life.
